At Lismina, we value customer satisfaction above all. However, since most of our products are sportswear, underwear, and textile items that come into direct contact with the body, we follow a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges due to hygiene and health regulations.

Products that have been used, tried on in a way that causes deformation, had their tags removed, or whose original packaging has been opened cannot be returned or exchanged, as reselling them would pose a health risk. This rule is implemented in accordance with national and international hygiene standards.

In particular, for items such as leggings, sports bras, jumpsuits, and other products that directly touch the skin, it is not possible to resell them once purchased. Therefore, returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery.
